Company Overview

2007 marks the 10th year of business for Barefoot Appraisal, now the largest appraisal company serving Monroe County, with more residential appraisals completed than any other in The Keys. Our key to success is hard working Appraisers, and an established environment of sharing experience to provide accurate reports for our neighbors in a timely manner. Our team prides itself in being fast and efficient. We enjoy where we live and it shows in what we do, and how we interact with our unique community of islands.

Our Experience

Having completed over 16,000 appraisals, our team of Appraisers, who live in The Keys, are a knowledge base of the ups and downs of the real estate market. Our Office Manager, with a strong background in customer service, strives to provide the neighborly attention to detail for which The Keys are known. We have the best that technology has to offer to get your appraisals to you in the fastest ways possible. We are using state of the art computer software and hardware. We remain current with the appraisal industry by attending classes and seminars on a regular basis.

Our Founder

Vicki Gordon of Barefoot Appraisal Barefoot Appraisal is owned and operated by Vicki Gordon.

Vicki came to Key West from Atlanta in 1992 from a career in construction, renovation and real estate. In her spare time (ha ha!) Vicki can be found on the boat.

She continues to keep herself current with continuing education courses and seminars in her field. She encourages and promotes all of the Barefoot team to do the same.

She is very active in community projects and organizations, including Key West Association of Realtors, Key West Business Guild, Key West YMCA, Key West Women's Club, Leadership Monroe County and Key West Ambassador Program. Vicki is also currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Key West Sunrise Rotary, Wesley House and Metropolitan Community Church. Recently, Vicki was honored as Key West's CAP 2007 Outstanding Community Member.
